Czech private equity firm Genesis Capital has officially rebranded to Stratum Partners. This change comes alongside the announcement of their second fund, which aims to raise €65 million.
The new fund will focus on investing in small and medium-sized businesses in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and the broader Central European region.
